I only ever get my fingernails done so usually David or Kim take care of me.. They both do wonderful!! My nails never break and polish always stays in place (& I'm not easy on them either). In the past, the handful of times i wasn't able to use them, & if I've gone somewhere else (out of town, conflict of schedules, etc. etc.) 1 or 2 would always chip or break & ain't nobody got time for that! Haha. I never have to worry about this w/PN's. But if there was an issue, I know they'd do their best to fix it.. I'm in my 40's now & been going since I was a teenager if that says anything. They've always been fast, friendly, & worked hard to give me exactly what I ask for.
